R-4, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - HIGH DENSITY
(A)
Intent.
This district is intended to provide for high density multiple-family housing providing adequate open space areas and building separation which development is intended to be compatible with adjoining developments.
(B)
Principal Permitted Uses.
Same as permitted in the R-3 District.
(C)
Accessory Permitted Uses.
Same as permitted in the R-3 District.
(D)
Conditional Permitted Uses.
Same as permitted in the R-3 District.
(E)
Performance Standards.
Performance standards for single and two-family homes in this district shall comply with the standards listed in 31-9(E).
