Any application for the following shall be accompanied by the requisite fee:

Permanent Sign - $2 per SF per side ($50 Minimum)

Permanent Sign Face Change - $2 per SF ($50 Minimum for new businesses, $25 Fee for existing businesses)

Grand Opening Banner Sign Package - $35 per banner

If the site contains more than 5 acres, add $10 per acre for portion over 5 acres

Fee of $150 is charged for every review submitted beyond the 3rd submittal

Payment.

All fees shall be collected by the Community Development Department at the time of application for deposit with the City Treasurer.

(D)

Fee Exemption.

No fee is required for applications filed in the public interest by majority vote of the Board of Aldermen, Planning Commission, the Board of Adjustment or the City Administrator.
