- LEGAL STATUS PROVISIONS
When the regulations of this chapter impose more restrictive standards than are required in or under any statute or other legal document, the requirements of this chapter shall govern. When the provisions of any statute require more restrictive standards than are required by this chapter, the provisions of that statute shall govern.

Should any section or provision of this chapter be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, that declaration shall not affect any other portion or provision of this chapter.

This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption, the public welfare demanding it.
