In all commercial zoning districts, the following sign regulations shall apply where no other more specific sign regulations found in this chapter exist:

(1)

Maximum height of any sign, 20 feet;

(2)

Minimum height of any sign, 15 feet;

(3)

Maximum aggregate signable area, 500 square feet; and

(4)

Minimum thickness of any sign, two inches.

In all residential zoning districts, the following sign regulations shall apply where no other more specific sign regulations found in this chapter exist:

(1)

Maximum height of any sign, five feet;

(2)

Minimum width of any sign, eight feet; and

(3)

Maximum aggregate signable area, 20 square feet.
