All residential, commercial and industrial structures within the City of Heath must be assigned and display an address number which corresponds to a logical and structured numbering system. These numbers must be:
(a) Of sufficient size to be easily read from the street fronting, or alley or service road to the rear of the property, but not less than four inches in height.
(b) Displayed on, above, or within one foot of the side of the front door. If no front door exists, the number must be displayed in a prominent location on the front of the structure and be easily seen from the street.
(c) Numerical digits, not script.
(d) Attached to the structure. Addresses on mail boxes alone are not satisfactory.
(e) Unobscured by foliage, structural supports or other items.
(f) Displayed on, above or within one foot of the side of the rear door, if any, for all commercial and industrial structures.

11110.02 REGULATIONS.
All addresses will be issued and regulated by the Division of Building and Zoning, and be in accordance with the Standardized Numbering System of the City of Heath. These addresses will be whole numbers and, as much as possible, continue systematically along current streets and future streets as they are built or annexed into the City. All annexed areas will be required to adopt to the Heath Standardized Numbering System if not in conformance at the time of annexation. (Ord. 145-95. Passed 12-4-95.)
11110.99 PENALTY.
Owners of structures not in conformance with this chapter will be subject to penalties as described under Chapter 1125. (Ord. 145-95. Passed 12-4-95.)
