Commencing at a point 33 feet South and 423 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 11 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, thence East 375 feet parallel with and 33 feet away from Section Line; thence South 232 feet, thence West 375 feet, thence North 232 feet to the point of beginning, all situated in Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 11 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, excepting and reserving, however, the underlying coal, fireclay and other minerals, with the right to dig, mine and remove the same without entering upon or occupying any part of the surface thereof, all lying and being situated in the County of Bureau, in the State of Illinois.

The following portions of 1700 North Road are transferred and conveyed from the jurisdiction of the village of Ladd, Bureau County, Illinois to Hall Township, Bureau County, Illinois:

Commencing at Illinois Route 89, thence east for a distance of one thousand three hundred twenty feet; and
B.
Commencing two thousand six hundred forty feet east of Illinois Route 89, thence east for a distance of one thousand three hundred twenty feet.

Disconnection. The following described real estate is hereby disconnected from the village ofLadd, Bureau County, Illinois, upon the hereinafter stated condition:
That part of Lot 32 in Spring Creek Addition to the village of Ladd, Bureau County, Illinois as per the amended plat recorded in Book 689 at Page 468 described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 32; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 35 seconds East 350.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 32 to the Point of Beginning of the hereinafter described tract of land; thence continuing South 89 degrees 56 minutes 35 seconds East 170.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 32 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 32; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 25 seconds West 302.43 feet along the East line of said Lot 32 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 32; thence North 77 degrees 44 minutes 37 seconds West 153.47 feet along the South line of said Lot 32; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 35 seconds West 20.00 feet alone the South line of said Lot 32; thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes 25 seconds East 270.00 feet parallel with the East line of said Lot 32 to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.11 acres, more or less, all being situated in the Village of Ladd, Bureau County, Illinois.
B.
Real Estate Tax Condition. The owners of said real estate shall pay all real estate taxes and assessments assessed by the village of Ladd, Bureau County, Illinois on said disconnected real estate for the period through December 31, 2006.

The alley located north of Lots 7, 8 and 9 in Block 5 of the original town (now village) of Ladd, Bureau County, Illinois, is hereby vacated in its entirety and title to said land shall hereafter vest in the current owners of the land abutting said alley in the same proportion and to the same extent as though the street or alley had been dedicated by a common law plat and as though the fee of the alley had been acquired by the abutting owners as a part of the land abutting the alley (i.e., the South one-half thereof to Permanent Index Number 18-10-303-004 and the North one-half thereof to Permanent Index Number 18-10-303-002).

The alley located on the north side of Lots Three and Nine in Block Sixteen of the Original Town of Ladd and the south side of Lots Thirteen through Seventeen, inclusive, and Lots Eighteen through Twenty-Two inclusive, in Traer's Subdivision of Lots One and Two and Lots Seven and Eight in Block Sixteen of the Original Town of Ladd, all situated in the village of Ladd, Bureau County, Illinois, is hereby vacated in its entirety and title to said land shall hereafter vest in the current owners of the land abutting said alley in the same proportion and to the same extent as though the street or alley had been dedicated by a common law plat and as though the fee of the alley had been acquired by the abutting owners as a part of the land abutting the alley (i.e. the south half thereof to the owners on the south side of said alley and the north half thereof to the owners on the north side of said alley).
