§ 35-127.3
Permitted Uses.

a.
Principal uses.
1.
Inclusionary multifamily residential dwellings consisting of both market rate and affordable housing units as provided and required in subsection 35-127.4i herein.
b.
Accessory uses.
1.
Common open space and recreational facilities, which may include, but is not limited to, pools, tennis courts, sitting areas, game and picnic tables, playgrounds, open lawn areas, dog parks and gardens. Roof-deck facilities and rooftop recreational areas are also permitted.
2.
Off-street parking, both surface-level and within structures.
3.
Stormwater management and utility facilities and structures.
4.
Fencing and walls.
5.
Signs in accordance with subsection 35-17.1l.
6.
Temporary sales and construction trailers, to be removed upon the application for the final Certificate of Occupancy for the development.
7.
Trash and recycling enclosures.
8.
Model dwelling units.
9.
Sales and management office(s).
10.
Maintenance facilities and structures.
11.
Other accessory uses and structures customarily incidental and subordinate to the permitted principal uses.
