Lighting.

a.
Street lighting shall be provided at all street and driveway intersections and shall be consistent with the Borough's streetscape design requirements.
b.
Fixture height. The maximum height for lighting fixtures in parking lots shall be 20 feet.
c.
Shielding and glare. All lighting shall be shielded to prevent overhead sky glow and to prevent glare and light from spilling onto adjacent properties, or resulting in glare perceived from residential units or bedrooms within or near the development.
d.
Energy efficiency. Fixtures shall be equipped with Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamps and shall have a color temperature of no more than 3,000° Kelvin.
