§ 35-127.5
Off-Street Parking and Loading.

Minimum off-street parking: Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the New Jersey Residential Site Improvement Standards, N.J.A.C. 5:21-1.1 et seq. (RSIS).
a.
Minimum loading: One loading area shall be provided for every 50 residential dwelling units, with a minimum of at least one per building.
b.
Loading area orientation, location and screening: Loading areas shall be oriented away from existing streets; shall be located at least 100 feet from Bergen Turnpike; and shall be screened from view from off-site premises and public lands by a fence, hedge or wall of at least six feet in height.
