§ 35-7.6
Prohibited Uses.

a.
The following are prohibited uses:
1.
Adult book or film store, which is defined as a store selling, offering for sale, displaying or in any manner exhibiting obscene material, as that term is defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:34-3a.
2.
All classes of cannabis establishments or cannabis distributors or cannabis delivery services as said terms are defined in section 3 of P.L. 2021, c. 16, but not the delivery of cannabis items and related supplies by a delivery service.

b.
All uses not expressly permitted in this chapter shall be deemed to be prohibited uses.
