§ 35-11.9
Hot Tubs/Spas.
[Ord. No. 1976-06 § 2]
No hot tub/spa shall be:
a.
Located in the front yard of any lot.
b.
Located in the side yard of any lot.
c.
Located nearer than five feet to any lot line.
d.
Located nearer to the side yard than the principal building on the lot.
An enclosure for a hot tub/spa shall not exceed 10 feet in height, measured from the average grade of the lot.
