§ 35-13.2

Parking Spaces.

a. 
Parking spaces shall be on the same lot or parcel of land as the building to be served.
b. 
Dimension of Spaces; Aisle Width. Parking spaces shall have a minimum width of nine feet and a minimum length of 19 feet. The minimum width of access aisles shall conform to the following requirements:

c. 
Residential Zones. In residential zones, all off-street parking spaces shall be located within the property lines. In nonresidential zones, off-street parking facilities shall be set back at least four feet from side and rear yard lines and at least five feet from any right-of-way line. All setback areas shall be appropriately landscaped to provide continuous year round screening. If a fence is provided, the fence shall only supplement required landscaping, not be provided in lieu of landscaping. The landscape strip along any right-of-way shall be landscaped with shrubbery not exceeding 30 inches in height, street trees, and other suitable landscape improvements.
