No conditional use as set forth herein shall be located closer than 500 feet, measured from the nearest point on the property line, to any public or parochial school or closer than 150 feet from the boundary line of any residential zone.

Satisfaction of site plan requirements.

Determine that there is appropriate provision for access facilities adequate for the estimated traffic from public streets and sidewalks so as to assure the public safety and to avoid traffic congestion. Vehicular entrances and exits shall be clearly visible from the street.

Determine that there are full adequate parking areas and off-street truck loading spaces, in conformity with this chapter and all other pertinent ordinances, for the anticipated number of occupants, employees and patrons and that the layout of the parking is convenient and conducive to safe operation.
