44.- B-L LIGHT BUSINESS COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
The B-L Light Business Commercial District is an auto-oriented access, business park district that serves the commercial area needs generated by residential areas as a primarily retail, service and light manufacturing fixed to a retail store front. The majority of business activity and inventory is expected to occur within a building. Building types are a variety of commercial structures with moderate amounts of surface parking.

Permitted uses shall include, but are not limited to:
1.
Churches.
2.
Convenience stores.
3.
Financial institutions.
4.
Fitness centers.
5.
Governmental offices, services and facilities.
6.
Hospitals and clinics.
7.
Motels and hotels.
8.
Museums.
9.
Offices, professional offices, and medical services.
10.
Private, nonprofit clubs and lodges.
11.
Recreational and amusement facilities.
12.
Restaurants.
13.
Retail stores such as clothing, drug, paint or appliance stores.
14.
Small animal hospitals or clinics.

Excluded uses in the B-L district include, but are not limited to:
1.
Agricultural processing facilities.
2.
Automobile or vehicle sales.
3.
Lumber yards.
4.
Manufacturing facilities.
5.
Motor vehicle service stations.

Warehouses.
8.
Equipment rental and sales.
9.
Storage units.

Lot requirements in the B-L district shall be as follows:
1.
Minimum total lot area: 8,000 square feet.
2.
Minimum lot width: 80 feet.
3.
Minimum lot depth: 100 feet.
4.
Minimum front yard setback: 20 feet.
5.
Minimum side yard: four feet on one side; total of 16 feet on both.
6.
Minimum rear yard: 15 feet.
