Drive-in restaurants may be permitted as a conditional use in those zones specified provided that the use and/or structures shall adhere to the minimum standards of the particular zone and the following:
a. The minimum lot area shall be one acre.
b. The minimum lot frontage shall be 150 feet.
c. The maximum lot coverage shall be 15%.
d. The minimum unoccupied open space shall be 20% of the lot.
e. The applicant shall demonstrate that trash will be adequately disposed of and that the drive-in use shall not become a public nuisance.
