Conservation Zone.

[Ord. No. 2016-244 § 16]
The purpose of the Conservation Zone is to preserve the ecological integrity of areas that serve to buffer the U.S. mainland from storms and provide important habitats for fish and wildlife.
a. 
Permitted Uses.
1. 
Public buildings for conservation purposes and nature preserves.
2. 
Public open space.
3. 
Fish and wildlife management.
4. 
Public service infrastructure.
5. 
Flood control facilities.
b. 
Conditional Uses.
1. 
Public utilities.
2. 
Cellular telecommunication towers and facilities.
c. 
Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations. Area, yard and bulk regulations shall be as follows:
1. 
The minimum lot area shall be five acres (217,800 square feet).
2. 
The minimum lot width and frontage shall be 200 feet.
3. 
The minimum lot depth shall be 200 feet.
4. 
The minimum front yard shall be 100 feet.
5. 
The minimum rear yard shall be 50 feet.
6. 
The minimum side yard shall be 50 feet;
7. 
The maximum building height shall be 35 feet.
8. 
The maximum lot coverage by buildings shall be 10%.
