The F Public Facilities District is intended to accommodate the location of current and future public facilities.

Permitted uses shall be as follows:

(a)

All Municipal, Township, County, State and Federal facilities, including fire and police stations;

(b)

Schools and universities;

(c)

Museums;

(d)

Libraries;

(e)

The Village Hall; and

(f)

Community centers.

Special uses shall be as follows:

(a)

Auditoriums; and

(b)

Public utilities.

(a)

Yard depth shall be as follows:

(1)

Front, not less than thirty (30) feet;

(2)

Rear, not less than thirty (30) feet; and

(3)

Side, not less than thirty (30) feet.

(b)

Facilities in operation before December 31, 1984, are not subject to the requirements of subsection (a) hereof, provided, however, that in the expansion of these facilities, setbacks shall be in conformity with the setbacks in the general area.
