R1A SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED RESIDENCE/AIR PARK DISTRICT18
The R1A Single-Family Detached Residence/Air Park District is intended to provide
regulations which will maintain the character and stability of single-family neighborhoods
in the Village, which will have lot sizes of not less than thirty thousand (30,000)
square feet in area and which will contain an airport-type landing strip which is
intended primarily for the use of the residents of the single-family homes within
the District in which it is located.

Permitted uses shall be as in the RI District with the following additions:
(a)
Airport-type landing strips;
(b)
Fuel storage and pumps;
(c)
Hangars; and
(d)
Repair facilities.

Except as herein otherwise required for a specific permitted or special use, the minimum
lot area shall be not less than thirty thousand (30,000) square feet.
