ACCEPTABLE PLANT MATERIAL

All plant material required by this section shall be of one or more species listed below. However, the Administrator may approve other plant material not listed herein if he finds that such material will fulfill the requirements of this section. Specifically, the utility company shall approve trees proposed to be located below utility lines.
