11.5.- AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT
The intent of the agricultural district (AG) is to recognize lands which are primarily rural in character, and where the agricultural uses predominately occur outside including, but not limited to, the grazing, keeping, and use of livestock, the production, harvesting and selling of agricultural or horticultural products, and accessory storage. Accessory structures such as hoop houses or high tunnels to extend the growing season, or for storage or maintenance of items that support agricultural use are allowed as part of this use. Accessory structures must meet the requirements of Chapter 26, "Building structure, accessory" in this zoning district.

Special events such as, but not limited to, selling of agricultural products as part of an upcoming holiday, farm-to-table dinners, demonstration/educational projects, farm stands, etc., shall require approval of a permanent or temporary outdoor sales permit per section 26-14-15 and/or 26-14-15.1 as applicable.
