4.- BOUNDARIES

Sec. 26-4-1.- Boundaries.

Except where otherwise indicated, zone district boundaries shall follow municipal corporate limits, section lines, lot lines or right-of-way lines or extensions thereof. Unsubdivided property and/or where a zone district boundary divides a lot or tract, the location of such boundary, unless indicated by dimension, shall be determined by the scale of the zone district map. Where a zone district boundary coincides with a right-of-way line and the right-of-way is abandoned, the zone district boundary shall then follow the center line of the former right-of-way. Land not part of a public railroad, or utility right-of-way which is not indicated as being in any zone district shall be considered to be included in the most restricted adjacent zone district even when such district is separated from the land in question by a public railroad or utility right-of-way.
