SECTION 26

31.- VIOLATIONS

Sec. 26-31-1.- Violations.

It is unlawful to erect, construct, reconstruct, alter, maintain or use any building or structure or to use any land in violation of any provisions of this chapter or any amendment thereof, or any provision of any urban renewal plan as approved by the city pursuant to C.R.S. 31-25-101 et seq. Any person, firm or corporation, either as owner, lessee, occupant or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, any amendment thereof, or any provision of any urban renewal plan as approved by the city pursuant to C.R.S. 31-25-101 et seq., or who interferes in any manner with any person in the performance of a right or duty granted or imposed upon him by the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter. In case of conflict between the urban renewal plan and the district regulations, the urban renewal plan shall control.
