§ 34-33.1

Accessory Buildings.

a. 
An accessory building attached to the principal building shall comply in all respects with the yard requirements of the principal building.
b. 
Detached accessory buildings shall be located to the rear of the front building line of the principal building, and if located in side yard area, shall conform to the side yard requirements.
c. 
No accessory building in conjunction with a residential dwelling shall exceed 600 square feet in gross floor area.
d. 
No accessory building within any zone shall exceed 15 feet in height.
e. 
No accessory building within any zone shall be used for residential purposes.
f. 
No accessory building, with the exception of flag poles, light or sign posts, walks, driveways, patios at ground level, and mail boxes, shall be erected within any front yard.
