Shall mean the placement of new impervious surface, the exposure or movement of soil or bedrock, or the clearing, cutting, or removing of vegetation.

Shall mean any slope equal to or greater than 20% as measured over any minimum run of 10 feet that may be located within the area of Klinesville Channery Loam as delineated on the Soil Survey Geographic (SSURGO) Database for Middlesex County, New Jersey from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service. Steep slopes are determined based on contour intervals of two feet or less.
