§ 34-13.4

Approval of Subdivisions.

Prior to the subdivision or resubdivision of land within the municipality and as a condition of the filing of subdivision plats with the County Recording Officer, a resolution of approval of the Planning Board, is required, as is the approval of site plans by the issuance of a permit for any development, except that subdivision or individual lot application for detached one- or two-dwelling unit buildings shall be exempt from such site plan review and approval.
