All development proposals involving: a. Single family development of 50 or more units; b. Multifamily development of 25 or more units; and c. Commercial or industrial development of 1,000 square feet or more of land, shall provide adequate provisions for the collection, disposition and recycling of recyclable materials as designated by the Borough's recycling ordinance and the Mandatory Statewide Source Separation and Recycling Act.
