The Cross Lake Preserve Single Family District is characterized by an environment of predominantly low-density, single family detached dwellings.

All other provisions of the City of Pine City Ordinances not listed in this section should be referred to their own section or follow 13.20 R-1 Single-Family Residential District.

It is the purpose of the Cross Lake Preserve Family Residential District to encourage the preservation and continuation of the long-standing residential fabric in existing neighborhoods of predominantly single-family dwellings. Multiple-family, business or industrial uses, which would substantially interfere with the development or continuation of single-family dwellings in the district, are prohibited.

Any garage, parking space, and/or carport shall be utilized only for the parking and/or storage of licensed and operable passenger cars and trucks not to exceed a gross capacity of 30,000 pounds as regulated by this chapter. The garage may be used for the storage of one commercial vehicle owned or operated by a resident of the dwelling unit if sufficient off-street parking in compliance with this chapter is available elsewhere on the property.

One outbuilding per lot and is less than 140 square feet.
