§ 54-31.3

Accessory uses for farms and commercial farms.

A. 
All uses and structures customarily incidental to agriculture shall be permitted accessory uses in those zones where agriculture is a permitted use, including but not limited to:
(1) 
Construction of fences;
(2) 
Use of any and all equipment, including but not limited to, irrigation pumps and equipment, aerial and ground seeding and spraying, tractors, harvest aides, and bird control devices;
(3) 
The storage, processing and sale of farm products where produced;
(4) 
The operation of a farm market with attendant signage, including the erection of a temporary structure and parking areas, all in conformance with Township requirements;
(5) 
Replenishment of soil nutrients and improvement of soil tilth;
(6) 
Installation of soil and water conservation practices in accordance with a Conservation Plan approved by the Morris County Soil Conservation District;
(7) 
The application of manure, chemical fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides and herbicides;
(8) 
On-site disposal of organic agricultural waste; and
(9) 
Transportation of slow moving equipment over roads within the municipality;
(10) 
Erection of essential agricultural buildings, including those dedicated to the processing and packaging of the output of the commercial farm and ancillary to agricultural and horticultural production.
