§ 54-14.3
Notice of hearing; when required.

Public notice as specified herein shall be given for all hearings involving the following:
A.
Any application for development which involves a request for a variance;
B.
An application for concept plan review;
C.
An application for preliminary site plan approval, exclusive of a minor site plan;
D.
An application for preliminary major subdivision approval;
E.
The adoption, revision or amendment of the Master Plan, including informal discussions for same initiated at the request of a private party;
F.
The adoption, revision or amendment of this chapter or any other development regulation, including informal discussions for same initiated at the request of a private party, all modifications of zoning requirements initiated at the request of a private party and changes to the classification or boundaries of a zoning district pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-62.1.
G.
The adoption, revision or amendment of the capital improvement program;
H.
Any appeal to the Township Council from the action of the Zoning Board of Adjustment approving an application for development involving a "D" variance.
I.
Any application for a conditional use.
