There is hereby created the positions of Attorney for the Planning Board and Attorney for the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Each Board may employ, or contract for, and fix the compensation of legal counsel to fill such positions, who shall not be the Township Attorney. Each Board may also employ, or contract for, and fix the compensation of a licensed professional planning consultant or such other additional experts, staff and services as it may deem necessary, not exceeding, exclusive of gifts or grants, the amount appropriated by the Township Council for the Board's use.
