An application for site plan or subdivision approval shall be filed with the Administrative Officer for the Board having jurisdiction over the application. Required forms and checklists for the application shall be available in the office of the Administrative Officer for the respective Board, and shall be provided to the applicant prior to formal submission of an application.

Applications must be accompanied by the required drawings, documents, fees and other data as required by the completeness checklists in this chapter. The applicant may produce other documents, records, or testimony at the hearing to substantiate, clarify or supplement the previously filed maps and documents.

Any maps and documents for which approval is sought shall be submitted at least 21 days before the date of the public hearing at which the application will be heard.
