600.2: APPROVAL:
A majority vote of four-fifths (4/5) of the full board of adjustment and appeals shall be required to reverse any decision of an administrative officer in the interpretation of this ordinance. (Ord. 1988-12, 12-19-1988)
600.3: FILING:
An appeal from the ruling of an administrative officer of the city shall be made by the property owner or his agent within thirty (30) days after the making of the order appealed from. (Ord. 1988-12, 12-19-1988)
600.4: PROCEDURE:
The procedure for making such an appeal shall be as follows:
A. The property owner or his agent shall file with the zoning administrator a notice of appeal stating the specific grounds upon which the appeal is made.
B. The board of adjustment and appeals shall make its decision by resolution within sixty (60) days, and a copy of the resolution shall be mailed to the applicant by the zoning administrator. (Ord. 1988-12, 12-19-1988)
