88 - MARIJUANA BUSINESSES7
Editor's note— Ord. No. 11-2021, § 2, adopted July 27, 2021, repealed the former Ch. 16.88, § 16.88.010, and enacted a new Ch. 16.88 as set out herein. The former Ch. 16.88 pertained to medical and recreational marijuana dispensary and sales, and cultivation, testing and processing facilities as conditionally permitted uses, and derived from Ord. No. 9-2018, adopted Oct. 9, 2018.
16.88.010 - Prohibited uses.
All classes of cannabis establishments or cannabis distributors or cannabis delivery services, as said terms are defined in section 3 of P.L. 2021, c. 16, but not the delivery of cannabis items and related supplies by a delivery service.
