A golf course may include a nine- or eighteen-hole golf course, a clubhouse, restaurant and other accessory uses, provided that these are clearly accessory to the golf course, and is subject to the following provisions:
a. A lot area of not less than 140 acres for an eighteen-hole golf course and 70 acres for a nine-hole golf course shall be required.
b. No building shall be closer than 100 feet to any lot line.
c. A buffer shall be provided, in accordance with the provisions of Subsection
16-4.14, along side and rear property lines where abutting properties are in any residential district.
d. Parking. There shall be one off-street parking space per four people of total design capacity, including accessory uses.
