Upon written request from the owner, and payment to the Town of the amount specified in Article 36, the Building Inspector shall issue a copy of the currently valid certificate of occupancy for the lot in question. In the event that the Building Inspector shall determine that there is no currently valid certificate of occupancy, such use shall be deemed to be new, and a new certificate of occupancy shall be required.
