A home occupation shall be permitted in all districts if it meets all of the following conditions: it does not encourage any customers or clients to enter or leave the premises; it is conducted entirely by members of the family occupying the dwelling unit; it has no exterior display, exterior storage of materials or other exterior evidence of any home occupation; it requires no exterior alteration, addition or change to the structure that would require a building permit in order to accommodate such use within such structure or accessory structure; and it does not occupy more than 30% of the total gross square feet of the residential structure. Such a home occupation does not require review by the Planning Board nor the Zoning Board of Appeals. A certificate of occupancy is not required. Such a use is deemed to be a "no-impact home occupation."
