The provisions of this article shall apply to any public utility facility as defined in Article 2 of this chapter.

Fees. Fees shall be as established in the current fee schedule adopted by the Town Board and shall include a special use permit application fee and, if appropriate, a certificate of occupancy fee.

All public utility facilities shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter and the additional requirements of this article.
