The adaptive reuse of historic structures is encouraged in such a way so as to complement the character of the existing Neighborhood Business Districts.
New or in-fill buildings shall be located as close to the front setback line as possible and in line with existing buildings to maintain the integrity of the existing building setback line of the street.

The following standards apply to uses in the Neighborhood Business District:
