In its discretionary actions under this chapter with regard to land use adjacent to or affecting Albany Post Road, the reviewing agency shall be guided by the goals, objectives and recommendations set forth in Albany Post Road/Route 9 Corridor Management Plan, Volumes 1 and 2, January 2006, a copy of which is available for inspection and copying in the office of the Town Clerk.
