Pursuant to § 274-b of the Town Law and Article 33 of this chapter, and in accordance with the procedures, standards and conditions herein specified, the Planning Board is hereby authorized to grant special use permits for the establishment of one or more of the uses for which a special use permit must be secured as specified in this chapter. Under the authority of § 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, this section supersedes § 274-b of the Town Law.
