By Local Law No. 1 of the year 2002, the Town adopted the Greenway Connections: Greenway Compact Program and Guides for Dutchess County Communities, as amended from time to time, as a statement of land use policies, principles and guides. In its discretionary actions under this chapter, the reviewing agency shall be guided by said statement of policies, principles and guides. A copy of the Greenway Connections is available for inspection and copying in the office of the Town Clerk.
