In the case of a corner lot where the rear property lines becomes the side yard of the adjoining lot, the rear yard fence shall be open and shall be limited to a height of four feet.

A fence erected in a side yard area shall be of the open type. It shall not exceed four feet in height.

A fence that abuts a property line with street frontage shall have a minimum setback of 10 feet from the curb line. In no case shall the fence be located within the right-of-way.
