Upon written request by the owner, the Zoning Official, shall, after inspection, issue a Certificate of Occupancy for any building or use thereof or of land existing at the time of the adoption of this chapter. Certifying such use whether or not the same and the building confirms to the provisions of this chapter and any amendments thereof.
