The Zoning Official shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and any supplements and amendments thereto, and the provisions of all resolutions relating to this chapter.

In its interpretation and application, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be the minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare.
