The drive through lanes shall be designed to stack at least three cars per lane without extending into any right-of-way or internal drive aisle.

Any off-street parking or vehicular activity within a front yard or visible from a public street shall be screened from public view by a four foot high decorative metal fence with brick posts at the right-of-way and include a minimum five foot wide landscaped area interior to the fence that contains an evergreen hedge with a minimum planting height of three feet.
