Sheds may not be located in the required front yard of any building or structure. A structure not exceeding 10 feet in height, nor 150 square feet in gross floor area is permitted. All sheds must be setback a minimum of one foot from any side or rear lot line, vegetative growth between the shed and the property line fence shall not exceed 18 inches in height.
