CHAPTER 17

120 - CREEK HOLLOW PUD ZONING REGULATIONS

17.120.010 - R-1 residential PUD zone district.

The Creek Hollow planned unit development is subject to all regulations and requirements defined in this code for the R-1 residential zone district, except as modified as follows:

A.

Permitted uses: single-family dwellings in duplex buildings; other uses as provided in the underlying R-1 residential zone district.

B.

Minimum lot area for duplex: two thousand two hundred ninety-five (2,295) square feet per dwelling unit.

C.

Minimum yard setbacks:

1.

Front yard: twenty (20) feet from any PUD perimeter boundary lines;

2.

Rear yard: eight (8) feet;

3.

Side yard exterior: five (5) feet;

4.

Side yard interior: none.
