CHAPTER 17

136 - SPRING TREE PUD ZONING REGULATIONS

17.136.010 - Spring Tree PUD zoning regulations.

Except as expressly modified below, the property is subject to all R-1 and supplemental zoning regulations in the New Castle Municipal Code.

A.

Permitted uses:

1.

Multifamily dwelling(s);

2.

Common elements, including open space and parking;

3.

Limited common space, including fenced back yards;

4.

Public utilities;

5.

Structures without a subsurface foundation, including but not limited to portable storage sheds and playground sets, may be placed in setbacks.

B.

Minimum floor area: one thousand (1,000) square feet per unit.

C.

Minimum yard setbacks (from each multifamily building):

1.

Front yard: twenty (20) feet.

2.

Side yard: three feet.

3.

Rear yard: twenty (20) feet.

D.

Maximum building height: thirty (30) feet.

E.

Minimum off-street parking: three spaces per unit.

F.

Minimum open space within the lot: width of the unit by twenty (20) foot rear yard.
