24 - R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The R-2 residential zone district shall be governed in conformity with the following regulations.

This R-2 district is established to provide moderate density for single-family neighborhoods within the town.

It is the town's goal to conserve the character and heritage values of the town and western Colorado atmosphere along with ample open space and neighborhood parks, and to avoid congestion in the streets.

Minimum lot area shall be as follows:

Single-family: seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet;
B.
Multifamily: four thousand (4,000) square feet per unit.

Minimum floor area shall be nine hundred (900) square feet per unit.

Minimum yard setback shall be as follows:

Front yard: twenty (20) feet;
B.
Rear yard: ten (10) feet;

D.
Between structures (accessories): ten (10) feet.
