The commercial recreation or C-R zone is intended to be applied to recreational vehicle parks. (Refer to Ord. #79.)

   Uses in this zone are subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in Articles 17.102, 17.105 and 17.121 and are as follows:

   A.   Recreational trailer/vehicle parks;

   B.   Related accessory uses.

   The following uses associated with or supported by the primary uses intended within this zone shall be allowed providing a conditional use permit is obtained. Such uses include but are not limited to the following:

   A.   Storage yard for recreational equipment;

   B.   Recreational facilities;

   C.   Visitor-serving establishments;

   D.   Other related uses when in the determination of the planning commission it can be found that those uses are typically associated with the primary use of the zone.

   Development for the purpose of recreational travel/vehicle parks shall meet the requirements of city ordinances and resolutions and related guidelines.
